As a Seattle native and licensed real estate broker with eight years of experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate the city’s evolving downtown condo market. My connection to real estate began early—after earning a scholarship to Tacoma Community College and completing my AAS degree, I purchased my first condo on Capitol Hill at 21 years old. That experience sparked a long-term interest in real estate and ultimately shaped the foundation of my career with Windermere.

Before real estate, I spent over a decade in Seattle’s hospitality industry, working in some of the city’s most recognized establishments, including The Pink Door and Jazz Alley. That experience refined my approach to service—clear communication, attention to detail, and a calm, steady presence in fast-moving environments. Today, those same qualities define how I guide clients through complex real estate decisions.

I focus primarily on Seattle’s downtown core, with a specialization in luxury high-rise condos and urban investments. I have had the privilege of representing clients in many of the city’s premier buildings, including Spire, First Light, Insignia, Escala, Gallery, Cristalla, and The Braeburn. My role is to bring clarity to every step of the process—from building-specific considerations and HOA nuances to negotiation strategy—so clients can make confident, informed decisions.

I also maintain a daily yoga and Pilates practice, which keeps me focused and centered so I can show up fully for my clients.
